María Fernanda is the Head of International Mobility at Universidad de los Andes, where she leads the management of incoming and outgoing student mobility for all international academic programs.

She is a Designer from Universidad Diego Portales and holds a Diploma in People Management, with training in coaching, human capital management, labor legislation, leadership, and management control. She has experience in higher education and institutional management, particularly in international relations and academic mobility, where she has led strategic projects, coordinated teams, and strengthened the university’s international engagement.

She is Chilean and speaks Spanish, English, and French fluently.
